Due to substantial growth in our online Casino, we currently have an excellent opportunity for a Casino Retention Manager to be the principal retention driver for the Mansion Casino brands -MansionCasino.com and Casino.com. This is an exciting role with masses of potential for a hardworking and business focussed individual.
We are seeking an innovative, creative and confident manager who thrives on regular customer interaction with online customers via telephone and email to retain and increase the life time value of players in order to optimise both player satisfaction and revenue.
Your background will be in the casino industry and you will be fully conversant with bonus setting, and campaign strategies to increase player spend and enhance VIP loyalty. Your prior knowledge and personal initiative will enable you to design and drive innovative casino campaigns and promotions to increase our market share.
As Casino retention Manager you will be responsible for:
Activating and monitoring campaigns and setting the appropriate bonus levels.
Reporting on tracking activities and analysing data to optimise player retention results.
Daily liaison with the Communications Team and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth execution of the retention strategy.
Driving the retention strategy, by guiding and supporting the Retention Co-ordinators.
To deliver this role you will need to have a very strong understanding of on line casino, excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills and have the ability to present detailed campaigns which focus on retention and enlargement of Casino players whilst realizing a substantial ROI. You will have an on line casino, marketing and retention focused background and will be able to apply strategy, to lead a team and to optimise set objectives.
