Convertonet’s Human Resources and Operations (HR&O) Department is in charge of operating the company, by providing full Finance, Human Resources, and Administration service for the company’s managers and employees.

While most of the company departments are directed to give the best service and value possible to our clients, in the HR&O department we have put ourselves the objective of providing all company employees and managers with the best service possible. We make sure that we have the right people, best equipment, and efficient process and procedures to help the business grow and evolve as fast as possible.

In Convertonet we understand that our most important competitive advantage is our people and therefore we are constantly looking for ways to man our positions with the best and most fitting personnel, and to make sure we keep our employees happy and motivated in their work. We keep clear, simple, and important work routines such as semi-annual employee evaluation processes, clear objectives and new employees training schedules to make sure that everyone in the company is aware how he can contribute, and has a way to influence his/her professional development.
