Convertonet’s recruitment process was built in order to provide us with the most accurate data we need in order to make a recruitment decision, while keeping the process as effective and as friendly as possible for the candidate. It is important for us that you, the candidate, will have clear and transparent knowledge on this process.
The recruitment process in Convertonet usually includes:
1. A telephone interview – verifying personal details and alignment of the candidate’s experience to the job description.
2. First face to face meeting – including the direct manager of the recruited position and a HR manager. Checks both professional and personality alignment to the position.
3. Professional assessment – Done either in the office or at home, and gives the candidate the opportunity to experience a near-job task, and us the opportunity to assess the candidate’s objective ability.
4. Second face to face interview – Done by a senior manager to verify data collected so far, and add another line of sight on the candidate.
5. References checks.
6. Job offer.
The transfer from one step to the next is pending on a successful completion of the former step. We keep close communication with candidates and inform them promptly on their status in the process. Convertonet reserves the right to change the process at any time as it sees fit.
