Responsibilities:

 - Lead and influence a culture of optimization within the company to all the business departments: Acquisition (affiliates, SEO, SEM, and Media), Retention & marketing operations.
 - To be the funnel & usability expert for all customer facing activities across the company with the aim of maximizing the user experience in order to maximize profitability.

Qualifications :

You need expertise in most of the following:
- Experience of working in the online gaming industry in a marketing/analytical role at least 2 years.
- Experience in leading usability/conversion activities in web based companies.
- Creative and out of the box thinker.
- Experience in web analytics, SEO, PPC and affiliate marketing.
- Carrying out split tests and multivariate tests on websites.
- Project management, motivating teams, and mentoring others.
